As a NAB Rewards Travel Card primary cardholder, you’ll receive two complimentary airport lounge visits each calendar year, at participating lounges worldwide, so you can relax, refresh or catch up on work before your flight.

How to access your complimentary lounge visits
To redeem your complimentary lounge visit, eligible primary cardholders should:

Present a valid same day boarding pass and your physical NAB Rewards Travel (formerly NAB Rewards Signature) credit card.

Eligibility & Entitlements

This benefit is available to eligible NAB Rewards Travel (formerly NAB Rewards Signature) Card primary cardholders. Primary cardholders may be accompanied by a maximum of one guest under the complimentary benefit. A primary cardholder plus a guest is two complimentary visits.

You are entitled to two complimentary visits during the period from 1 January to 31 December, each calendar year. One complimentary visit will be deducted for each person entering a participating lounge, including any accompanying guests.
Complimentary lounge visit entitlements reset on 1 January each calendar year, based on the local date and time at the participating service location where the lounge visit is redeemed.

Yes. Complimentary admission is granted to children under two years of age when accompanied by an eligible cardholder. Children policies may vary between locations.

No. Under this benefit, you are entitled to a maximum of two complimentary lounge visits each calendar year.
If entitlements are unused in any given calendar year, the benefit is forfeited for that year and refreshed from 1 January in the next calendar year.

No. The benefit is non-transferable and may only be used by the primary cardholder of the account and up to one accompanying guest.
Accessing a Lounge

Follow the steps above on how to access your complimentary airport lounge pass. Make sure you present your physical NAB Rewards Travel (formerly NAB Rewards Signature) card and a valid same-day boarding pass.

Each successful lounge visit counts as one (1) of your two (2) complimentary visits of the calendar year.
Multiple redemptions on the same day may be permitted, subject to your remaining visit entitlements.

No. Lounge access is based on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Access or redemption may be declined for reasons including:
- The card presented is not an eligible card;
- The maximum complimentary visit entitlement has been fully utilised;
- Eligibility cannot be successfully verified; or
- The participating location is operating at full capacity.

Yes. Participating locations, facilities, services and operating hours may change from time to time without prior notice.

Guess Access & Additional Visits

Yes. Eligible cardholders may bring one accompanying guest. Each person will use one complimentary airport lounge visit entitlement.
Any additional accompanying guests can enjoy access at a discount of 30% off the prevailing walk-in rate at participating Plaza Premium Lounges, where applicable and subject to the T&C.
This benefit is not applicable at affiliate lounges unless otherwise specified.

Upon full utilisation of your complimentary visit entitlement, you may continue to enjoy a discount of 30% off the prevailing walk-in rate for subsequent visits at participating Plaza Premium Lounges, subject to the T&C.
This benefit is not applicable at affiliate lounges or airport dining outlets.

To redeem the discount, present your NAB Rewards Travel card at any participating Plaza Premium Lounge. The lounge access fee will be charged to your NAB Rewards Travel card at the point of sale, with the 30% discount applied to the prevailing walk-in rate.
Managing Your Benefit

You should keep a record of your lounge visits during the year. If you have already used your annual complimentary entitlements, any subsequent lounge visits will not be eligible for complimentary access. Complimentary visit entitlements reset on 1 January each calendar year.
