With the "Talk to NAB" Action for your Google Assistant, you can use your voice to find answers to your banking questions.

You can ask us your general banking queries, whether you've lost your card, are going overseas, or need help to get online. The “Talk to NAB” Action works across credit cards, personal loans, travel cards, internet banking, transaction and savings accounts and more through your Google Assistant-enabled devices, including your Google Home.

If you link your NAB accounts you can also find out your account balances and your recent transactions.

Get started

  • Step 1

    What you need

    You’ll need a Google Home device, or the Google Assistant on your compatible Android1 or iOS2 device and a data connection.

  • Step 2

    Say "Hey Google, talk to NAB"

    Make sure your Google Assistant is set-up on your device and simply say “Hey Google, talk to NAB”.

  • Step 3

    Ask us your questions

    Start asking general questions you may have and, when you’re finished, just say "Bye" or "Exit".

  • Step 4

    Link your account

    To ask Google about your personal banking situation, link your NAB accounts to Google. Visit Google to set this up.
