Prevent fraud on your account
Follow these quick and easy steps to prevent fraud in the event you lose your card or it's stolen.
Log into the NAB app on your device.
Tap the menu icon in the top left.
Tap My cards in the menu list.
Tap the card you want to replace.
Tap Replace your card.
Tap Block and replace card to permanently block your card.
Read the message that pops up, then tap Confirm.
Check your delivery address, then tap Confirm.
Your replacement card will arrive in 3-5 business days. Tap Ok to close.
