Reset your password in minutes, no waiting in a phone queue. Follow this simple guide to get started.
Go to nab.com.au and select ‘Internet Banking’ from the drop-down menu.
Click Forgotten Your Password? on the login screen.
Click Reset Your Password.
Review the information required to reset your password, enter your NAB ID and click Next.
You should receive an SMS with a security code. If you did not receive the code, click Resend. Type the security code into the field.
Enter a new password in the Create password field, and again in Re-enter password field. Click Submit.
Your password has now been reset. Click To Account Summary.
