Steps to reset your password

Use the NAB app on your preferred device or NAB Internet Banking through a web browser.

Instructions for all mobile devices

  1. Open the NAB app and tap Login.

  2. Tap Forgot your password.

  3. Enter your NAB ID. For help finding your NAB ID, tap What’s my NAB ID? Then tap Next.

  4. Enter the security code sent via SMS to your registered phone number.

  5. Enter your new password. Re-enter your new password. Then tap Confirm.

  6. Your password has been successfully reset.

NAB Internet Banking

Instructions for web browsers

  1. Select Forgot your NAB ID or password? on the NAB Internet Banking login screen.

  2. Select Reset your password.

  3. Review the information required to reset your password, enter your NAB ID and select Next.

  4. Enter the security we sent via SMS, your telephone banking password, or a temporary password provided by a banker.

  5. Enter a new password in the Create password field, and again in Re-enter password field. Select Submit.

  6. Your password has been reset. To start using internet banking, select To Account Summary.
