Use the NAB app
Follow these steps to create separate fixed and variable loan accounts in whichever portion suits you (e.g. 30% fixed and 70% variable).

Step 1
Log into the NAB app on your device.

Tap the home loan account you want to split.

Tap Make changes to your loan.

Step 4
Eligible customers can tap Split your home loan.

Step 5
Review the information and tap, Yes, let’s start.

Split your home loan by entering the amount you want your new fixed loan to be. Once completed, tap Continue.

Review your split home loan and tap Continue to fixed rate options.

Scroll down and choose the term of your new fixed loan.

Scroll down further and tap Review Changes.

Once you’ve read through the changes, tap Review loan terms.

Read the important information. Scroll down and select the check boxes and tap Agree and submit to consent.

Complete
Your home loan will be processed to be split. To finish, tap Ok, got it.
