    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap an account to view transactions.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap the eligible transaction you want to query.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Extra transaction information will appear.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Scroll down then tap Something not right?

  • 6

    Step 6

    Use Search for this merchant to identify the merchant if required.

  • 7

    Step 7

    Tap Dispute this transaction to start a dispute form.

  • 8

    Step 8

    Tap Call NAB to report fraud if you think the transaction is fraudulent.

  • Complete

    Tap the Call button to place a phone call to customer support.
