What will happen with my NAB PayTag?

Your NAB PayTag will automatically stop working on 9 July 2019. There is no need to contact us to cancel it, and it will not affect your NAB Visa Debit card. If you want to continue to tap and pay with your phone, we have a range of digital wallet options available to you now. Find out more

What should I do with my NAB PayTag?

It’s important to remove your PayTag, as it might interfere with your mobile’s digital wallet.

Remove it by carefully lifting and pulling it back from one corner. You can then destroy the NAB PayTag by cutting it diagonally with scissors. If you don’t choose to use a digital wallet, we recommend you remove and destroy your NAB PayTag anyway.

Important information

Purchases made using a NAB PayTag will not qualify for the benefits of a NAB Platinum Visa Debit card.
