What is Digital, Data & AI?

We are working to build a customer obsessed, future ready NAB:

Digital

We’re shaping NAB’s ambition to be Australia’s #1 digital bank. With 98% of customer interactions already occurring digitally, our Digital team designs and delivers seamless, intuitive experiences that enable safe, simple and fast banking. We partner closely with technology and design teams to bring effortless digital journeys to life.

Design

Through human-centred design, we create experiences that elevate every customer and colleague interaction. We blend creativity and problem-solving to deliver intuitive, accessible and engaging products and services - ensuring our experiences not only meet but exceed expectations.

Enterprise Customer Onboarding and Mastering (Ecom)

We make it simple and safe for customers to join and grow with NAB. ECOM leads digital first onboarding experiences, streamlines data capture, and builds a single unified customer view - removing friction at every step of the customer lifecycle.

Data & Analytics

Data is at the centre of everything we do. Our teams transform raw data into insights, drive complex decision making, and shape personalised experiences. We build internal capability and unlock the value of data to help NAB adapt, innovate and stay competitive.
