What’s your story?
I was born and raised in Western Australia in an Australian-Italian family. My family is quite large and we always love catching up, having a laugh and enjoy eating authentic homemade food. Despite having Italian heritage, Aussie Rules is huge in our family and I spent the majority of my younger years playing footy socially and competitively before venturing off to university to study accounting and finance.
How have you made a difference?
My focus since joining NAB four years ago has been to deliver a consistent and efficient customer experience. I am privileged every day to serve numerous Small to Medium businesses who are key to Australia’s prosperity. I thrive on going over and above for our customers to provide the best service possible. Doing the little things well is what I take pride in and what our customers value most. I’m also an advocate for being bold to get the desired outcome for our customers.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate many things including my family, my work at NAB, being entrepreneurial, ensuring businesses succeed in Australia, health and fitness, mindfulness, coffee and of course, the West Coast Eagles!
