Name: Emma-Louise Saunders-Cincotta
Your role: Senior Analyst, Enterprise Data Delivery
Region: Docklands, Victoria
What’s your story?
I started my journey at NAB working in the Customer Contact Centre back in 2002 and quickly moved into a management information reporting role. Since this move, I have worked in many roles and gained 15 years of experience in the management information field. These include production and customer support roles, as a Business Analyst, in data quality roles through to roles involving relationship, service and portfolio management.
How have you made a difference?
I am a highly engaged member of the team who always brings a positive influence to those around me. My passion for people has led me to leadership roles across various people forums and culture and social committees. I am committed to ensuring that my colleagues enjoy coming to work and are doing what they love.
My experience has helped shape my skills and allowed me to bring the right people together to resolve issues quickly and deliver great initiatives. I have really enjoyed my time at NAB so far and I’m grateful that I have met and worked with some amazing people throughout my time here.
What are you passionate about?
I studied Environmental Science at university and spent a couple of years investigating seagrass ecosystem health in Western Port Bay and Gippsland Lakes. I have organised many outdoor team volunteer days to encourage my peers to spend time together building relationships in the outdoors. Outside of work, I am a mum and love spending time with my family.
