  • To search, view and download previously issued account statements.

Steps to search and download statements

Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect to get started. 

  1. From Accounts, select ‘Statements’. 
  2. Select an Account.
  3. Select a Date range for the statement period. 
  4. Select Search. Any statements available within the specified period will be displayed.
  5. Under ‘Search results’, select the first box to choose all shown statements, or select the box next to each statement you wish to download, then click Download Selected.
  6. Alternatively, to view a statement select ‘View document’ beside the date of the statement you would like to view. 

Please note:

  • Statements available for download in NAB Connect will depend on the cycle of your account statements. 
  • Account statements won’t be available after an account has closed. Prior to closing an account, please print or save any statements you require.
  • Foreign Currency Account statements are issued by post. To request a repeat statement please speak to your banker.
