Before you begin, you will need:

  • Your business details including your ABN or ACN.

  • Your NAB business transaction account details (if you don't have one, simply apply online for a NAB business transaction account).

  • The contact details of a person we can liaise with if we require any additional information for this application.

  • The details of your NAB Connect users including full legal name, mobile number, email address and personal NAB ID or NAB BSB and account number.

Register for NAB Connect

  • NAB Connect is typically suited to business customers who need to transact more than $40,000 in a day or require customised user access.

  • You will get access to the standard NAB Connect services such as Account reporting, Online statements, Domestic payments (including direct entry and payroll) and International payments. See the complete list of available services.

  • It takes approximately two business days to set up NAB Connect if all information provided is correct.

Use this option if your business requires specialised services or if you require your users to have customised access to accounts or services. We'll contact you within 3 to 5 business days to confirm eligibility and finalise your set-up.
