What are Community Hubs

NAB Community Hubs support you through financial or personal hardship and connects you to services that can help you get back on track.

We offer support in branch, including facilities for education workshops based on community needs, in a safe and welcoming space.

Werribee Community Hub

Our first Community Hub in Werribee, Victoria, offers a range of specialised services and facilities.

  • Extra Care support for customers experiencing financial hardship, vulnerability, domestic and family violence, financial abuse and other complex needs.

  • Dedicated fraud specialist.

  • Private and semi‑private spaces designed for confidential conversations.

  • Spaces for community learning sessions covering topics such as financial literacy and scam awareness.

  • Local language specialists, including Swahili, Filipino and Mandarin.

Cairns Community Hub

Our second Community Hub in Cairns provides additional support for customers who may need extra assistance, helping them access the right care, services and guidance in their local community.

  • The Cairns support model extends beyond a single branch, supporting customers from the Cairns, Cairns Central, Earlville and Smithfield branches.

  • Dedicated Fraud Specialist for the Cairns region to support those impacted by fraud and scams.

  • Dedicated Extra Care specialist for the Cairns region, supporting customers experiencing financial hardship, vulnerability, domestic and family violence and financial abuse.

  • Space for community education sessions built on the needs of the local community.
