Select the device you use to bank online and follow the instructions to update your regular payments.

If you have a regular payment set up for your home loan, you can also modify it using these steps.

iOS

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap More.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap My Payments.

  • 4

    Step 4

    In your Future payments list, select the regular payment you want to modify.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap Modify payment. You can also choose to Cancel payment.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Make changes to the receiving account, amount or reference if needed.

  • 7

    Step 7

    Tap Pay when to update the payment date.

  • 8

    Step 8

    Tap Set start date.

  • 9

    Step 9

    Select a date from tomorrow onwards.

  • 10

    Step 10

    Make any other changes to the frequency and duration if needed. Then, tap Apply.

    Tap Next.

    You may receive a protect yourself from fraud message if your payment has indications of a potential scam. You can review the details before you continue, change or cancel your payment.

    Confirm all details are correct and tap Pay.

    Authorise the payment by entering your passcode or password.

  • Complete

    The payment is successfully updated. Tap Share receipt to share the new details.

Android

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap the Menu icon in the top left-hand corner.

    Tap My Payments.

    In your Future payments list, select the regular payment you want to modify.

    Tap Modify payment. There is also the option to Cancel payment.

    Make changes to the receiving account, amount or reference if needed.

    Tap Pay when to update the date the payment date.

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit user ID, and your password. Then select Login.

    Once you've logged in, select Transfer & Pay, then 'Payment list' from the drop down menu.

    Find the payment you are looking for and click Modify.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Make changes where needed, you can also cancel the payment permanently.

    When making changes, be sure to do this at least the day before the payment is scheduled to be paid.

    Select Next.

    Either an SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone or you will be required to enter your NAB Internet Banking password.

    Select Submit.

  • Complete

    You have now edited a recurring payment.
