Use the NAB app

Log into the NAB app and authorise payments simply and securely by setting up biometrics (like Face ID or fingerprint) and a four-digit passcode. Follow our step-by-step instructions.

iOS

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap More.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap Settings.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap Security.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap Face ID.

    To log into the NAB app with Face ID, tap Turn on Face ID.

    Face ID will be activated. Tap Ok, got it to finish.

    To authorise payments with a four-digit passcode instead of your password, tap Passcode. You’ll use your passcode if Face ID fails.

    Tap Set up passcode.

    Enter your current password. Then tap Next.

    Enter your new four-digit passcode.

  • 12

    Step 12

    Confirm your new passcode.

  • Complete

    Your passcode is now set up. Tap Ok, got it to finish.

Android

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap the Menu icon in the top left-hand corner.

    Tap Settings.

    Tap Security.

    Tap Biometric login.

    To log in with biometrics, tap Turn on biometric login.

    Biometric login is turned on. Tap Ok, got it to finish.

    To authorise payments with a four-digit passcode instead of your password, tap Passcode. You’ll use your passcode if biometric login fails.

    Tap Set up passcode.

    Step 10

    Enter your current password. Then tap Next.

    Enter your new four-digit passcode.

  • 12

    Step 12

    Confirm your new passcode.

  • Complete

    Your passcode is now set up. Tap Ok, got it to finish.
