Steps to update the NAB app

The NAB app requires a compatible Apple or Android device. You need iOS 16 or later, or Android 11 or later. You can check your operating system in your device settings.

  • Apple: Open Settings, then select General and About.
  • Android: Open Settings, then select About phone or About device. Menu names vary by manufacturer.

Update on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Scroll to available updates.
  4. Find NAB and tap Update.

Update on an Android device

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Manage apps and device.
  4. Find NAB and tap Update.

If you cannot update the app

1. Check your internet connection and available storage.

2. Restart your device, then check the app store again.

3. Install any available device software update.

  • Apple: Open Settings, select General, then Software Update.
  • Android: Open Settings, then select System or Software update. Menu names vary by manufacturer.

4. Try updating the NAB app again.

If your device cannot install the required operating system, it may no longer support the latest NAB app. You can still use NAB Internet Banking from a browser on your phone.

  • No. Updating the app does not change your accounts or transaction history. You may need to sign in again.
