NAB Updates Retail Branches
Key points
NAB is investing $1.8m to refurbish its Pakenham branch.
The upgraded branch will include improved customer spaces, specialist banking support and self-service banking options.
The same local team will return when the branch reopens in September.
NAB’s Pakenham branch will reopen in September following a $1.8 million refurbishment designed to better support customers in one of Victoria’s fastest-growing communities.
The upgrade will include improved customer facilities, dedicated spaces for customers to meet with bankers and specialists, and additional self-service banking options.
When the branch reopens, customers will be welcomed back by the same local retail banking team, supported by home lenders, mobile bankers and small business bankers.
NAB Regional Executive Jade Galliott said the investment recognised the continued growth of the Pakenham community.
“Pakenham has changed significantly in recent years, with more people buying homes, raising families and building businesses in the area,” Ms Galliott said.
“This investment is about making sure our branch keeps pace with that growth, while giving customers more ways to bank in person, online or through self-service options.
"For many customers, banking is still personal, particularly when they're buying a home, running a business or making a major financial decision. That's why it's important they can continue to access local bankers who understand the community."
While the refurbishment is underway, customers can visit NAB Berwick at 39-41 High Street, Berwick, or book a virtual appointment online.
