NAB launches new travel marketplace, provided by Expedia

Australians continued to prioritise travel through winter despite pressure on household budgets, with spending on hotels, travel and transport rising 1.9% in July according to NAB's latest Consumer Spend Trend.

To help travellers make their travel budget go further, NAB has launched NAB Travel, a travel booking service  provided by Expedia, which offers travel savings,  alongside NAB rewards and flexible booking options.

NAB Executive Personal Everyday Banking Sweta Mehra said Australians were still making room in their budgets for travel but were looking more closely at value before booking.

"Travel continues to be a priority for many Australians, even as households keep a closer eye on spending," Ms Mehra said.

"People are looking for ways to make their travel budget go further and get more value from every dollar they spend.”
