I want to book an appointment with NAB to talk about something other than a home loan, what do I do?

The appointment booking tool is for home loan appointments only.

During the appointment, you will still be able to discuss other options with your banker. For example, you may choose to apply for a credit card with your home loan package.

If you still require support for another product, such as a credit card or personal loan, you can:

  • access information and our online application forms on the NAB website
  • find contact details for different teams on our contact us page
  • talk to us via live chat, accessed through the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  • visit the relevant help content on our website
  • visit your local branch.

I have a question while booking my home loan appointment, who can I talk to?

A NAB Home Loan Specialist will be able to answer your questions during the appointment, however if you aren't sure whether you’re ready to book an appointment, you can:

  • talk to us via live chat, accessed through the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
  • call us on 13 78 79 or you can choose to request a call back.

My income comes from casual, contract, superannuation or Centrelink payments. What do I answer to the question, ‘Where do you get your main income from?’
