Plenti is an award winning fintech lender and is giving access to its network of solar and battery installers to NAB customers (Plenti Pty Limited ABN 29 161 376 638 and Plenti RE Limited ABN 57 166 646 635 AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 449176).
You should compare the cost of solar and/or battery installation against the savings and benefits. There may be instances outside our reasonable control where you’re unable to access Plenti’s network of solar and battery installers, including in some remote areas. Except to the extent provided by law, we accept no liability if you’re unable to access installers or suffer a loss in relation to installation because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If you contact Plenti or an installer, you’ll be dealing directly with them and not with NAB. We may vary or end your priority access to the installers at any time acting reasonably. Your access to installers cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other credits.
Only eligible NAB Home Loans can benefit from an interest offset arrangement including the NAB Variable Rate Tailored Home Loan. For example, Fixed Rate Home Loans and Base Variable Rate Home Loans with NAB do not benefit from an interest offset arrangement. The potential benefits you could gain from using a NAB offset facility will depend on many factors including the amount of funds in your offset account and how long the funds are in your offset account. You will not earn interest on the account balance of your transaction account whilst it is linked to a home loan under an interest offset arrangement.
Redraw is only available on NAB Base Variable Rate Home Loans and NAB Tailored Variable Rate Home Loans if certain conditions are met. More information here. If you have a fixed rate loan, redraw is only available at the end of the fixed rate period (i.e. when the rate becomes variable).
