Making a change is easy

Select the payment and the details you want to change using these steps.

    Go to and select ‘Internet Banking’ from the drop-down menu.

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit user ID, and your password. Then click Login.

    Once you’ve logged in, click Funds Transfer.

    Select 'Payment List' from the dropdown menu.

    Find the payment you are looking for and click Modify.

    Make changes where needed, you can also cancel the payment permanently.

    When making changes, be sure to do this at least the day before the payment is scheduled to be paid.

    Click Next.

    Either an SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone or you will be required to enter your NAB Internet Banking password.

    Step 10

    Click Submit.

  • Complete

    You have now edited a recurring payment.
