Track your expenses with Spending
What it is: The Spending feature breaks down your purchases into helpful categories, like groceries, transport, and eating out, so you can see exactly where your money is going each month. This makes it easier for you to budget and save for the important things.
Benefits: See where your money is going with a breakdown of your spending by category and merchant. And Spending automatically categorises your transactions for easy viewing.
Select up to five accounts and a period of two years for a bigger picture of your spending habits. You can also set spending amounts against certain categories for better budgeting.
This visual snapshot can help you spot patterns, cut back where needed, and make more informed choices moving forward.
Use NAB Budgets to reach your goals

You can create a budget for a variety of different expenses, including essential household items. By creating a realistic budget and tracking your spending, you can avoid overspending and hit your financial goals faster.
Benefits: Manage money your way by choosing where you want to reduce your spending and track those areas where you sometimes overspend. And by creating a budget you save more to reach your goals faster.

Separate your savings with Spaces
What it is: Easily organise your savings using Spaces. With one account you can save for several different purposes, along with an optional time and date. Once you’ve reached your target, you can close a Space, while keeping the others open.
Benefits: Spaces lets you divide your savings account into up to 30 mini-accounts — perfect for things like holidays, emergencies, gifts or big-ticket items. You can set a target for each one, track your progress, and even rename them to match your goals. It’s an easy, visual way to make saving feel more achievable.
Stay ahead of bills with Upcoming
What it is: Upcoming gives you a heads-up on your expected bills and subscriptions over the next month, based on your past spending. It’s designed to help you avoid surprises and keep your cash flow on track — especially useful during those busier months.
