- Withdraw money as you need it up to your approved credit limit (provided the account doesn’t have a fixed rate).
- Access your accounts using ATMs, Internet and Telephone Banking.

Package benefits
The Private Portfolio Package is provided as part of a NAB Private Portfolio facility.
If you have a Private Portfolio Package for an annual package fee of $550, you will get Private Portfolio Package benefits relating to certain products and services outlined below:
- while you have a Private Portfolio Facility; and
- if you’ve asked us specifically to include the product or service with the benefit in your package:
- when you apply for it; or
- after you apply for it, provided there is no exception set out below to adding an existing product or service to your package.
Annual credit card fee waiver
No annual credit card fees on up to 2 eligible NAB credit card accounts that you include in your package. The eligible cards are any NAB personal credit card except for the NAB Low Rate Premium Card and the NAB StraightUp Card. You can’t include a card in the package if you are a company or the card is a business credit card.
Margin loan interest rate discount
If you include a NAB Margin Loan in your package, there is a 0.20% discount off the advertised National Margin Lending indicator rates (variable and fixed). This benefit is not available in conjunction with any other margin lending special offer or discount. The discount on a fixed rate margin lending facility is not available for a fixed rate period beginning before the facility is included in the package.
Transaction and ATM fees waivers
There are no NAB fees when you access a NAB Portfolio Facility sub account through a NAB ATM or non-NAB ATM in Australia. Other ATM owners within Australia may directly charge at the time of the transaction when you use a non-NAB ATM.
In addition, there are no NAB transaction fees if you access your NAB Portfolio Facility sub accounts through:
- Overseas ATMs (overseas operators may charge you to use their ATMs).
- Electronic funds transfer point of sale machines.
- Direct debit.
- BPAY®
- Cheques from a cheque book linked to the sub account. NAB Cheque books are no longer available for new accounts or for existing accounts that don’t already have a cheque book.

If you apply for a policy with NAB, or by calling 13 29 28, and tell us at the time of applying that you have a NAB Private Portfolio Package, you are eligible for a discount of up to 10% off the standard premium when you renew an existing, or apply for a new, eligible policy for NAB Home and Contents Insurance, NAB Landlord Insurance, or NAB Car Insurance. These discounts are not available in conjunction with any other payment discount offers applicable to these policies.
Minimum premiums may apply. If you are eligible for more than one discount, Allianz applies them in a predetermined order. This means any subsequent discount will be applied to the reduced premium amount after applying any prior discounts and the effect of the subsequent discount will be reduced. For example, the aggregate effect of applying two 10% discounts consecutively means that you will not see the full benefit of both these discounts.
Discounts do not apply to taxes or government charges.
Discounts do not apply to optional covers for Domestic Workers Compensation / Landlord Workers Compensation, and may not apply to other optional covers (if available and selected).
