Toll-free contact numbers you can call from overseas - NAB

Toll-free calling

Our international toll free numbers are designed to support customers while overseas and may allow you to call without charges, where supported.

Toll-free numbers are only available in select locations and depend on local telecommunication providers. Not all countries or providers support international toll-free numbers, and availability can change over time.

If toll-free calling isn’t supported in your location, you can still contact us using other international call options.

When charges may apply

Toll free calling depends on network carriers and providers, and charges may still apply when calling a toll free number.

For example, if you’re overseas and use an Australian SIM card to call a toll free number, your mobile provider may charge international roaming or call fees, depending on your plan and settings.

Where possible, call from a landline in the region or with a local SIM card that includes free national calls.
