Meet our grads

Here’s what Anika is getting involved with at NAB

"My time in Corporate Finance has already been such a rewarding experience.  I’m gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, working with relationship managers and product specialists, whilst also gaining a better understanding of the diversified financial institutions industry. My team are supportive and always encourage me to learn and expand my skillset.

In addition to building technical knowledge in my rotation, I’ve also jumped at the chance to participate in our Graduate Cohort Committee.  I recently helped out the Brand & Communications team to raise engagement within the business for volunteering and fundraising activities.  It was a nice way to work with my fellow grads and build additional skills around stakeholder engagement, leadership and influencing outside of my day-to-day job.” – Anika, NAB Corporate and Institutional Banking Graduate
