About the People and Culture team

The ​People & Culture team supports NAB by developing and managing our people activities and services, helping to shape a workplace and culture which inspires our colleagues to be the best they can be.

We are enablers to NAB’s strategic ambition and custodians of our colleague experience. We focus on making our HR services simple, safe and fast for our colleagues to do their jobs and serve customers well. We provide great data and insights to help our leaders make sustainable workforce decisions.

Our people and culture graduate roles are based in Melbourne.

What we look for in a People and Culture graduate

We’re looking for commercially savvy graduates who are inclusive, compassionate and seek to drive positive outcomes for others. Graduates who are curious to find world class examples and leverage the power of data for creating colleague and customer value. We want graduates with numerical capabilities who can help us transform to be a strategic and data led HR function.

In addition to a passion for people you’ll also need to have a degree/major in the following fields:

  • Law

  • Social Science
  • Project Management 

What you’ll do in People and Culture

  • Work on major people and culture projects
  • Contribute to research, strategy and initiatives across the HR portfolio
  • Use your analytical capabilities to help make data-driven HR decisions
  • Support employees with HR policy advice
  • Simplify and standardise HR policies and processes
