What we do

Help in times of crisis

We offer customers experiencing domestic and family violence financial hardship assistance including breaks from repayments or reduced payments for fixed periods. We also offer financial and personal counselling and ensure the privacy and security of their banking products

Financial support to help escape the violence

In 2016, we also became the first Australian bank to offer Domestic and Family Violence Grants to our customers to help them to exit a violent home. The grant provides up to $2500 deposited into an independent bank account to help pay for things like rental bonds, groceries and transport.
