What’s your story?
NAB gave me the opportunity to join the workforce four years ago in the Contact Centre providing phone based support to clients and financial planners.
While it was challenging, I am very grateful as the skills and experiences I gained have supported my journey across NAB.
How have you made a difference?
I understand our wealth advisers rely on the teams within operations. As such, I strive to deliver comprehensive back office support. This enables the advisers to focus on building and maintaining a strong relationship with their clients, knowing we are here to back them.
Over my time in operations, I have been recognised on a number of occasions for going the extra mile to contribute to positive client outcomes. A very memorable recognition involved supporting an adviser with the necessary information for an unexpected client meeting within a short turnaround time. The quick response allowed the adviser to prepare and review before walking into the meeting.
What are you passionate about?
I enjoy listening to my colleagues and learning from both their professional and personal experiences. Outside of the office, I am passionate about relaxing and spending time with my family and friends exploring different dining venues across Melbourne.
