What’s your story?
My career at NAB started 25 years ago. I joined NAB working part-time keying in Credit Card Applications, then moved into full-time roles within Cards. This then led me to managing the Cards Maintenance Operations team. I then moved into the Cards Product team and am now working in the Cards Customer Journey team. My career has revolved within Credit Cards teams, but working with great people during my time has made my professional work journey something I’m proud of.
How have you made a difference?
I believe my passion for our customers, their experience and doing the right thing for both customers and colleagues has allowed me to deliver and improve the experience for both. The ability to manage and relate to my stakeholders is something that I rely on; having their support makes it easier to do my job and results in better outcomes for all. Delivering process improvements that have been issues for customers for a number of years has been a great achievement for me. Working in the Customer Journeys world has made it much more tangible and realistic for me to implement improvements that create better customer experiences for our customers, bankers and shareholders which I’m thankful for.
What are you passionate about?
I love to travel, being a Grandma (Yia Yia) and of course enjoying a nice red wine. I enjoy keeping fit through playing netball with my three daughters. Working with great people throughout my career and having NAB’s support when my family were growing up made it easier for me enjoy what I do professionally and focus on delivering what I’ve always wanted – better customer experiences.
