What’s your story?
I joined NAB over 10 years ago and it is here that I found my passion in supporting our Small Business customers. I live and breathe business and have been working in Banker, Operational and Capability roles across Business and Private Bank during my time at NAB.
Outside of work my husband and I own a Small Business that specialises in building Granny Flats in Sydney. Since starting our business a few years ago, I felt I could better understand the challenges that our business customers face and the opportunity that NAB has to support our customers to build and grow their businesses.
How have you made a difference?
When I worked as a Banker I was able to directly see the impact NAB’s support and backing had on customers, and the way it could help them realise their dreams and build their businesses. Every time I was able to support a customer or provide guidance and advice I knew I was making a difference to them and their future.
Being a part of the enablement team, we identify, design and implement capability strategies to ensure our people are enabled to deliver a great customer experience every time. I believe that when we build capability in our Bankers we are enhancing our customers’ experience and making it easier for them.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about ensuring our Bankers are enabled and have the skills to support our Small Business customers in building successful and sustainable businesses. Small Business is personal to me and is what I am passionate about. I love working for an organisation that is committed to truly making a difference for its people and our customers. When I do find free time I foster kittens through rescue organisations to give them a chance to thrive and live a life they deserve.
