To get instructions on how to cancel an existing PayTo agreement in NAB Connect.

Steps to cancel a PayTo agreement

Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator or Authorising User to get started.

  1. From the Payments menu select PayTo agreements.
  2. In the list, select the applicable PayTo agreement.
  3. Navigate to the bottom of the Agreement details and select Cancel agreement.
  4. Review Things to consider before cancelling and What happens after cancelling.
  5. If you accept the information above, select Cancel agreement.
  6. Your PayTo agreement has been cancelled.

Please note

  • Administrators and Authorising Users can cancel a PayTo agreement; General users do not have access to perform this action.
  • If you have signed a contractual agreement with this biller, cancelling a PayTo agreement does not cancel these obligations. NAB is not liable for any subsequent penalties imposed by the biller.
