To get instructions on how to cancel an existing PayTo agreement in NAB Connect.
Steps to cancel a PayTo agreement
Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator or Authorising User to get started.
- From the Payments menu select PayTo agreements.
- In the list, select the applicable PayTo agreement.
- Navigate to the bottom of the Agreement details and select Cancel agreement.
- Review Things to consider before cancelling and What happens after cancelling.
- If you accept the information above, select Cancel agreement.
- Your PayTo agreement has been cancelled.
Please note
- Administrators and Authorising Users can cancel a PayTo agreement; General users do not have access to perform this action.
- If you have signed a contractual agreement with this biller, cancelling a PayTo agreement does not cancel these obligations. NAB is not liable for any subsequent penalties imposed by the biller.
