Load IP addresses and security keys for NAB Direct Link

• Each key fingerprint must be unique.
• The same key cannot be used across Staging and Production.
• Newly added keys can take up to 48 hours to validate and become Active.
• A key must be Active before it can be assigned to a Mailbox.
• Expired keys cannot be assigned to a Mailbox.

1. From NAB Direct Link Connection Details, go to Manage Keys / IP Addresses.
2. Select the environment you want to update: Staging or Production.
3. Select Add security key.
4. Select the key type: SSH or PGP.
5. Enter a nickname in the Name field.
6. Copy and paste the public key into the Key field.
7. Select Add.
8. Complete two factor authentication if prompted.

Note: Steps to locate and copy key contents from the public key file may vary by operating system and key management tool.

• Supported formats: single IP, range, and CIDR.
• A range or CIDR entry must not exceed /28 (maximum 16 resolved IPs).
• Up to 20 IP entries are allowed per Mailbox.
• Newly added IP addresses can take up to 24 hours to become Active.
• An IP address must be Active before it can be assigned to a Mailbox.

1. From NAB Direct Link Connection Details, go to Manage Keys / IP Addresses.
2. Select the environment you want to update: Staging or Production.
3. Select Add IP address.
4. Enter the IP address in the IP Address field.
5. To add more, select Add another IP address.
6. Select Add.
7. Complete two factor authentication if prompted.
