Visiting a NAB branch on a Saturday
NAB introduced Saturday trading specifically to provide customers with access to the same in-person banking services outside normal working hours.
At participating Saturday-trading branches, customers can generally:
- Open and manage everyday bank accounts
- Deposit and withdraw cash
- Discuss home loans, personal loans and credit cards
- Get help with Internet Banking and the NAB app
- Open accounts for children and teens
- Receive face-to-face banking assistance and advice
- Complete most standard branch transactions and service requests
