Select the device you use to bank online and follow the instructions to create regular payments.

iOS

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap Transfer & pay in the bottom menu.

    Step 3

    Tap the account you want to transfer from.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap Pay anyone.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Choose an existing payee, or tap BSB & Acc to add new payee details.

    Step 6

    Tap Amount ($) and enter the amount. Tap to add a Reference or Description if required.

    Tap Pay when.

  • 8

    Tap Recurring at the top of the screen.

    Tap Frequency and select from the options listed.

    Tap Set start date and choose a date from the calendar.

    Payments are set to Until further notice by default. To continue, tap Apply.

    Tap Next.

    You may receive a protect yourself from fraud message if your payment has indications of a potential scam. You can review the details before you continue, change or cancel your payment.

    Confirm all details are correct, then tap Pay.

    To authorise the payment, enter your internet banking password or passcode.

  • Complete

    You’ve created a regular payment. You’ll see your payment receipt.

Android

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Tap the menu icon in the top left.

    Tap Transfer & pay.

  • 4

    Tap the account you want to transfer from.

    Step 5

    Tap Pay anyone

    Choose an existing payee or tap BSB & Acc to pay someone new.

    Fill in new payee account details and tap Continue.

    Tap Amount ($), Reference or Description to update those details.

    Then tap Pay when.

    Tap Recurring at the top of the screen.

    Tap Frequency and select from the options listed.

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password. Select Login.

    Select Transfer & Pay from the top menu.

    Select ‘Pay anyone’ in the drop-down menu.

    Choose Select account and pick an account from the drop-down menu.

    Choose My payee to pay an existing payee or enter new payee details in the Pay anyone section.

    Enter the payment amount, description, and remitter name (that’s you).

    Select Periodic transfer.

    Select the payment cycle, first transfer date and last transfer.

    Scroll down and choose if you’d like an SMS notification sent to yourself or the payee. Select Next.

    Check the regular payment details are correct.

  • 12

    Step 12

    To authorise the payment, enter the SMS security code we send to your registered phone number. Select Submit.

  • Complete

    You’ve created a new regular payment.
