iOS

    Log into the NAB app.

    Tap More in the bottom menu.

    Tap Profile.

  • 4

    Tap My details.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap the details you want to add or change.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Enter your new details and tap Continue.

    Review your updates and tap Confirm in the top right.

    Read the declaration then tap Confirm if applicable.

  • 9

    Step 9

    Enter the security code sent via SMS to your registered number.

  • Complete

    Your details have been updated.

Android

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app.

    Tap the menu icon in the top left.

    Tap Profile.

    Step 4

    Tap My details.

    Tap the details you want to add or change.

    Enter your new details and tap Continue.

    Review your updates and tap Confirm.

    Read the declaration then tap Confirm.

    Enter the security code sent via SMS to your registered number. Tap Continue.

  • Complete

    Your details have been updated.

Desktop

  • 1

    Step 1

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID, enter your password and select Login.

    Once you’ve logged in, click Profile & Settings. Select 'My details' from the drop-down menu.

    Step 3

    Your current contact details will appear. Select Edit in the section that you would like to update.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Edit the details you would like to change and select Submit to save changes.

  • 5

    Step 5

    An SMS security code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the security code and select Submit.

  • Complete

    You have successfully updated your contact details.
