As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic evolves, our focus is clear – to continue to support you with your financial needs in any way we can. We know this is an extremely difficult time for many of our merchants and we want you to know that we’re here to help. We’ll get through this together.

Small and medium merchants

We extended the automatic waiver of your merchant terminal rental fees and minimum merchant service fees which commenced in April, until the end of July. This means that you only paid for the transactions that you processed.

Small and medium merchants on a monthly package

We also extended the automatic replacement of your monthly package fee with a per transaction fee which commenced in April, until the end of July. This means that you only paid for the transactions that you processed. Your per transaction fee was the same fee that currently applies to transactions over your monthly card turnover. You should have seen these changes in your July merchant statement.

Merchant support for Victoria’s extended lockdown

We've automatically extended our COVID-19 merchant support for our small and medium Victorian merchants through to the end of October. This waiver will appear on your July, August, September and October statements, with your other transaction fees and charges remaining the same.

If you have already had separate fee relief provided for your merchant facility, this will continue as agreed with NAB. We will monitor the COVID-19 situation as it progresses and may extend the relief package if needed.
