As we all come to terms with the growing challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our focus is clear - to support you with your financial needs in any way we can. We know this is an extremely difficult time for many of our merchants and we want you to know that we’re here to help. We’ll get through this together.

Small, medium and HICAPS merchants

For April, May and June, we’ll automatically waive your merchant terminal rental fees and your minimum merchant service fees, if applicable. This means you’ll only pay for the transactions that you process. You should see these changes from your next billing cycle.

Merchants on a monthly package

For April, May and June, we’ll automatically replace your monthly package fee with a per transaction fee. This means you’ll only pay for the transactions that you process. Your per transaction fee will be the same fee that currently applies to transactions over your monthly card turnover. You should see these changes from your next billing cycle.

If you have already had fee relief provided for your merchant facility, this will continue. NAB will monitor the Covid-19 situation as it progresses and may extend the relief package if needed.
