If you’re going on holiday with a credit card, debit card or a NAB Traveller card, you want to be sure that card will work wherever you go.
There are a few quick checks you can do to make sure your cards will be up to the trip.
Check the expiry date on your cards. If a card is due to expire while you’re away, call us to organise a replacement before you go:
- 13 22 65 for credit cards and debit cards
- 1800 098 231 for NAB Traveller Cards
It’s important to know your PIN when travelling overseas. In many countries you'll need a PIN instead of a signature to authorise transactions on your credit card.
We sent you a PIN when we issued your credit card or debit card. If you can't remember it, please call us on 13 22 65 or visit any NAB branch before you go so we can get your PIN reissued.
For NAB Visa Debit cards only – you may have received a PIN or set your own PIN. If you’d like a new PIN:
- Download the latest version of the NAB app, then head to the My cards section.
- Visit any NAB branch.
- Call us on 13 22 65 from 8am -7pm Mon – Fri, or 9am – 6pm on weekends (AEST/AEDT).
Reload your NAB Traveller Card
Do you have a NAB Traveller Card from a previous trip? Rather than getting a new one, you can reload your current card:
There are a number of ways you can tell us. Find out more at Tell us you're going.
