Ensuring your contact details are accurate makes it easy for us to keep in touch. Just follow these steps.
Go to nab.com.au and select ‘Internet Banking’ from the drop-down menu.
Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID, enter your password and select Login.
Once you’ve logged in, click Profile & Settings. Select 'My details' from the drop-down menu.
Your current contact details will appear. Select Edit in the section that you would like to update.
Edit the details you would like to change and select Submit to save changes.
An SMS security code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the security code and select Submit.
You have successfully updated your contact details.
