What’s new in Internet Banking - NAB
January 2026 updates
Transaction history has just got better
From mid-January, we’ve made improvements to help you view and review your transaction history with:
- a refreshed Transaction history page and details layout
- transaction list automatically updating when you select an account. You no longer need to click the ‘Update transaction’ button
- ‘Date range’ field moved to ‘Filters’
- paid and processed dates visible in your credit card transaction details.
October 2025 updates
A better Transfer page is on the way
Between October and December, we’ll be updating the Transfer page in NAB Internet Banking to make it easier to use.
Changes include:
- a refreshed layout with clearer field labels
- renaming the ‘Description’ field to ‘Reference’, so you know what’s on your statements.
More visibility on your interest statements
We’ve also made a small but useful improvement to your interest statements page.
In your account list, you’ll now be able to view:
- up to 25 accounts (previously 10)
- accounts by nickname, not just account number.
These changes are part of making everyday banking quicker and easier.
