• NAB Travel is a travel booking service provided by Expedia Inc (Expedia) that enables eligible NAB and MyCard customers to book travel services, including flights, hotels, car hire and holiday packages (Travel Service).
• National Australia Bank Limited (ABN 12 004 044 937) (NAB/our/us/we) has an arrangement with Expedia under which NAB will market travel services provided by Expedia and its partners.
• NAB is not responsible for the content on the Travel Service and does not provide, guarantee or support any products or services provided by Expedia or other third-parties listed on the Travel Service.
• NAB will receive a portion of the revenue generated from bookings made through the Travel Service.
• The NAB Travel (provided by Expedia) Terms of Service apply when you use the Travel Service and any bookings made using the Travel Service.
• To be eligible to access the Travel Service you must be a NAB and/or MyCard Classic Plus customer who is:
  • 18 years or over;
  • registered for NAB or MyCard online banking; and
  • the primary account holder on a NAB or MyCard account.
• Eligible NAB customers can only access the Travel Service through NAB Internet Banking or the NAB App. Eligible MyCard customers can only access the Travel Services through MyCard Online or the MyCard App.

NAB Rewards credit cards

Bonus NAB Rewards points offer

• Eligible NAB Rewards credit card customers who book car-hire, hotels, activities and packages through the Travel Service using an eligible NAB Rewards credit card will earn bonus points. Flights are not eligible to earn bonus points. 
• Bonus points are earned at the rates set out below:

• 10. Bonus NAB Rewards points are earned separately to any standard NAB Rewards points that may be earned on the transaction. 

MyCard Classic Plus credit cards 

Bonus MyCard Reward points offer

• Eligible MyCard Classic Plus customers who book car-hire, hotels, activities and packages through the Travel Service using a MyCard Classic Plus credit card will earn 3 bonus points per $1 spent. Flights are not eligible to earn bonus points.
• Bonus MyCard Reward points are earned separately to any standard MyCard Reward points that may be earned on the transaction.

Points redemption

• Eligible MyCard Classic Plus customers can use their MyCard Reward points to pay for purchases made through the Travel Service. At checkout, eligible customers will be given the option to redeem points for all or part of the purchase price. A minimum redemption amount will apply and will be shown at checkout.
• MyCard Reward points (including bonus points) are not earned on any portion of a Travel Service purchase that is paid with points.
• No chargeback rights apply for redemptions made on the Travel Service. For any redemptions that involve using MyCard Reward points as a partial payment method, chargeback rights may remain for the outstanding purchase price paid using a debit or credit card. 
• The MyCard Rewards Terms & Conditions apply when redeeming MyCard Reward points using the Travel Service.

Changes

• We may, acting reasonably, vary or end access to the Travel Service, bonus points offers or the ability to redeem points through the Travel Service. We will notify you of any changes electronically, including via our website, online banking or the NAB Rewards Store as soon as reasonably practicable.
