Background and experience
Carolyn has more than 35 years' experience in financial services through executive and non-executive roles. Her executive career included senior positions with Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Linklaters & Paines in London, New York and Australia.
Her diverse non-executive career spans banking and financial services, industrials, infrastructure, health, investment management, public-sector finance and institutional investment governance, previously serving on the boards of The Future Fund, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Treasury Corporation of Victoria and Victorian Funds Management Corporation.
Carolyn brings deep expertise in banking, governance, risk management, business performance, stakeholder engagement, public policy and investment oversight, together with experience in people and culture matters. She was awarded a Centenary Medal for services to Australian society in business leadership.
