Background and experience
Warwick has more than 25 years' leadership, governance, commercial and strategic business experience through senior professional services firm roles, including as Managing Partner of PwC United Kingdom and Europe, Middle East and Africa. Warwick advised major organisations across sectors including financial services, aviation, oil and gas, sovereign wealth and agribusiness, and has led a large firm through significant growth, transformation and digital change.
His non-executive career spans financial services, energy, sovereign investment, agribusiness, professional services and education.
Warwick brings extensive international experience across developed and emerging markets. His strategic, financial and management expertise includes deep experience in banking and global markets, financial and regulatory reporting, regulation, risk management and governance.
