Background and experience
Ann has more than 45 years’ experience across financial services, public service, tourism and transport. She held senior business and people and culture roles at Westpac and was CEO and Chair of Carnival Australia.
Her diverse non-executive career spans financial services, transport and infrastructure, education, marketing and the not-for-profit sector. She has extensive interests in social and environmental matters, including First Nations affairs, children and vulnerable people, climate leadership and philanthropy.
She brings deep experience in strategy, business performance, operations, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, people and culture, marketing, diversity and inclusion. She also brings broad experience in risk management, capital management and technology.
