Background and experience
Kathryn has more than 30 years’ commercial, operational, leadership and governance experience across banking, logistics, manufacturing and industrial businesses.
Her executive career included operational and strategic roles at ANZ, Linfox Logistics and BHP/BlueScope Steel.
Her diverse non-executive career spans financial services, industrials, manufacturing, science and innovation, environment and sustainability, public policy and the not-for-profit sector. She has served on the Reserve Bank of Australia board and chaired the CSIRO and Boral Limited boards.
Kathryn brings extensive experience in strategy, business performance, risk management, customer experience, corporate development, stakeholder engagement, and people and culture across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
