Background and experience
Andrew has more than 27 years’ experience in financial services. He joined NAB in 2020 as Group Executive, Business and Private Banking after a 12-year career with Bank of Montreal, where his roles included Head of Canadian Business Banking. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company in Canada, including as an Associate Principal advising financial services clients, and began his career in investment banking at Crédit Agricole in London. Andrew brings deep customer, banking and executive leadership experience and has led businesses through significant change and growth. His experience using data, insights and technology to meet customer needs supports the Board’s consideration of strategy, customer outcomes, transformation, organisational performance and execution of NAB’s strategic priorities.
