We’re doing some maintenance on our systems on Sunday 22 June 2025 from 2:30am AEST for up to 5 hours. During this time, some of our banking services will be unavailable, including Internet Banking & Mobile Banking, NAB Connect and NAB Transact Payments, ATM Cash Withdrawals and some EFTPOS Transactions.

If a transaction at a NAB POS Terminal fails, the customer will be requested to insert their non-NAB Visa/Visa Debit Card (NAB cards will decline).

If you have Automated Merchant Initiated Settlement (AMIS) that will occur on Sunday, 22 June between 2:30am – 7:00am AEST, please be aware of the below:

  • Please MANUALLY settle the terminal prior to the maintenance window to avoid the bank- initiated settlement.
  • The terminal will also complete their AMIS Sunday after 21:30 as per time set.
  • Please note the bank-initiated settlement on Sunday night at 21:30, will include transactions for both Saturday and Sunday.
  • Please check the bank account for settled funds.
