You will need to update recurring payments and direct debits with your third party service providers in Internet Banking or NAB Connect within 60 days of receiving your new Visa card. If you have multiple cards on your facility, be sure to let all the cardholders know that they need to make these updates as soon as possible after receiving their new Visa cards.
How can I update direct debits currently made from my NAB MasterCard business card?
You may also have direct debits set up through a third party service provider who debits your NAB credit card (for example utility bills, subscriptions or insurances). You’ll need to contact these providers to update your card number, expiry date and CVV. We’re unable to complete this on your behalf, as the agreement to debit your NAB credit card for payments is held directly between you and the third party service providers.
