In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006, NAB requires users to provide identification documents before they can register as an Authorising User or authorise value transactions in NAB Connect. 

Complete the Authorising User identification form (PDF, 250KB), opens in new window and either return it to a branch or your Business banking representative.
