Keeping track of your letters in internet banking

We want to make it easier for you to keep track of the information we need to send you from time to time. So, from January 2018 letters related to your accounts/s for products and services will start to be delivered to you electronically through Internet Banking, instead of the post.

The first letters to be delivered online will be regarding Direct Entry Dishonours. Additional letters will be gradually transitioned throughout the course of the year.

Note: this information doesn’t apply to business customers who are only registered for NAB Connect and/or NAB Direct Link.
