UNDERSTANDING YOUR NAB BUSINESS PAYMENTS CARD

NAB Business payments card

The Business Payments Card is a unique product that gives businesses the control to load and spend their own money. Cardholders can make purchases, payments and cash withdrawals on their card, with the total balance of all transactions visible on the facility billing account.

Based on feedback from our customers, we're making some changes to some of the fees and how they're applied.

What's changing?

From the 29th of August 2017

  • we're removing cash advance fees
  • we're introducing an international cash withdrawal fee ($4 per withdrawal1)
  • international transaction fees, including international cash withdrawal fees, will now be charged to the card used to make the transaction, rather than the billing account.

Why are we changing?

These changes simplify the fees we charge and improve the visibility of which card and transaction has incurred the fee. This will make it easier for you to track your available balance and reconcile your transactions.

What this means for you

If you make a cash advance (including ATM withdrawals, internet or phone transfers), we won’t charge you any cash advance fees. If you withdraw cash while overseas, we'll charge you a flat fee of $4 per withdrawal1.

International transaction fees and international cash withdrawal fees will appear with the transaction on the card that was used, making it easier for you to reconcile your account. By improving visibility of which transactions trigger these fees, cardholders will be more able to minimise them in the future.

Find the right NAB Business product for you

We recently introduced a Business Visa debit card, which is simple to use and automatically links to your NAB business transaction account. We also have a range of business credit card products that may suit your needs and provide additional benefits, such as reward programs and unlimited cardholders. If you would like to know more about these products, call the NAB Business line on 13 10 12 from 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri, or 9am - 6pm on weekends (AEST/AEDT).

Important information

1International cash withdrawal fee will apply to any cash withdrawal made outside Australia at an ATM or Branch. Note these transactions may also attract a service fee from the ATM provider, which is separate to this fee. NAB takes no responsibility for these charges.
